Fantastic service!  So firstly, I'm totally in love with the car I've bought. But, more than that, I'm over the moon with the service I've received from Rob during the process. He kept me updated throughout, went above and beyond to make sure the car was in top condition...even doing jobs that I'm convinced other dealers wouldn't have, just to make sure that I had a reliable car for me and my children. Attention to detail was second to none. I will keep this car for a good while and, when it's time for a newer one, I'll definitely be coming to buy from Rob again!

Absolutely Fantastic! If you are looking for a used Ford Rob is your man 100%. I traveled 400 miles just to view the car and test drive. I was very happy, I then returned the following week to pick the car up traveling a further 400 miles. From speaking to Rob on the phone to collecting the car was worth every mile traveled. He knows his cars and from start to finish everything was spot on and I wouldn't think twice about doing the journey again. Bought a 2008 Focus ST from HL Automotive. Given the age of the vehicle, understandably it's had a few niggles and required some small bits doing. Great buying experience.  Brilliant service. I've not bought a car for a few years and Rob was friendly and honest throughout, talked us through all the paperwork and all aspects of the car and went above and beyond in fixing a couple of wear and tear items to make it look as good as new and then fully prepping the car ready for us to collect. Great customer service, I was allowed to take my time checking the car and to do my own independent checks, was provided with all the relevant paperwork and was told that a couple of issues needed addressing regarding the engine, but it was already booked in for service and repairs which I was provided with the paperwork for the works done to the car. I enjoyed my experience of buying my car from HL Automotive.  A very reliable and honest company and the owner made sure that all the checks were complete before I drove off.  I bought my car and paid for the deposit on the day I went to visit as I was sure and happy about my experience. Best service I have received whilst looking for cars, you won't be disappointed!

Have recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Rob for my 17 year old daughter. The process of buying the car was seamless and Rob even kindly picked us up from Warrington Bank Quay station on the day we collected the car. The car was perfectly cleaned and prepared, complete with HL Automotive UK Ltd embossed mats.
