Amazing car buying experience. Rob is a top guy and really knows the ins and outs of Ford. Bought my first car (Fiesta) and he went above and beyond with everything, made sure everything was in order with the car. I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to say thanks once again for firstly deciding to sell the Fiat Punto you sold to us rather than scrapping. Today is the day where I collect my replacement vehicle, but Sid (as he has become to be known) hasn't missed a beat. A truly wonderful find and served it's purpose wonderfully. As I mentioned previously, Sid is being moved on to my younger brother, and hopefully will help support him in his time of need. People are far too quick (especially these days) to criticise bad services etc, but often don't highlight excellent service or when people go above and beyond, and you really did that for us, so I feel that it's the least I could do to pass on our gratitude. Many thanks and all the best for the future.

A truly wonderful experience. What an absolute top guy, could have done more. Went above and beyond and completely honest from the off. We were in a bit of a pickle, my car was written off in July, and following the pay-out, the insurance company stopped paying for the hire car. But we’re unable to get a replacement vehicle anytime soon, due to the ‘new car crisis’. We just needed a cheap little run about that would get us from A to B. Which we found to be easier said than done. After a day and nearly giving up on the idea, we found a post on auto trader and luckily for us, we found Robs honest post for a part exchange car, we dropped him a message on the auto trader messaging system and he gave us a call this morning. From there he put us totally at ease, we paid a deposit, and he came back to work at our convenience to complete the sale. I feel we’ve made the correct decision, and all being well my brother wants to buy the car from me when we’re finished. I would highly recommend.

By chance I happened upon an advert for a Citroen C1,which I was looking for as a second car. After a phone call I arranged a viewing and and subsequently met Rob. The car looked great, black with red wing mirrors, door handles and facia dials and also was in great condition. It was a 13 reg car with only 32000 miles on and fsh. A good price was agreed and we arranged to pick it up after a couple of days. Rob said he'd valet it and we told him not to bother as the "perfumed one" would clean it again anyway! Upon collection Rob had done it anyway (after knocking £45 off for us because we said we'd clean it!) That was a couple of months ago and the car has been great. Our thanks to Rob and his boss Amy for the great service, good price and I wouldn't hesitate recommending HL Automotive as a go to dealership. Thank you once again.

Bought a lovely Ford Fiesta from Rob in February. The service was fantastic, Rob was friendly and very knowledgeable about Ford cars. The car looks and drive like its brand new and was sold at a fair price. Normally I wouldn't buy a car without viewing it or test driving it first, but due to Covid regulations I didn't have another option. I felt very confident buying a car from Rob under these circumstances due to all to the other great reviews I'd seen. What an unbelievably amazing service. Due to Covid and the 200 mile distance to find the right car for me, today I had my new car delivered from HL Automotive. The service I received from Rob was amazing. Constant communication which really gave me peace of mind. The standard of the vehicle in and out was well above my expectations. It was immaculate and looks and drives like brand new. Purchasing a used car online and having it delivered without actually seeing it with my own two eyes was worrying.
