Bought a ford focus yesterday from Rob, commenting now as I am a mechanic so i know about cars, Rob was very honest and went through all the advisories and even told me that it failed its mot and showed me the paperwork. All the work had been done and it ran perfectly from Warrington all the way back home to Stoke on Trent. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone, and to prove this we are going back up there on Saturday to buy a Puma for my wife. Fair bloke and even fairer prices which is so unusual in the car business.

I bought a 2001 Ford Puma from Rob in October. It is a great example of the sport Hatch. Nothing was too much trouble for Rob, and one little teething problem after purchase was soon put right with no qualms. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from HL Automotive UK Ltd, Great Customer service, great cars, and definitely beats any local competition.

About 4 months ago I bought a Mondeo off Rob. A friend checked it over for me as I was a bit unsure as it only had 4 months MOT left however Rob reassured me that all was OK with the car. He was right as today the 5th November it passed its MOT with flying colours and the tester commented that it was a pleasure to test such a nice car. Rob makes buying a car a pleasure. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is true gent. I highly recommend you to go to him before anyone else. I will certainly buy from him again. Great guy. Well done Rob and many thanks.

I recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Rob and found the whole process was hassle free. Rob is very genuine and honest about any little faults or advisory notices on the car. Having owned the car for a couple of months now she is running perfectly well with no niggles. I would have no hesitation in returning to Rob for my next car.

If you are looking to buy a car from Rob, i would highly recommend him. We traveled all the way from Birmingham, as his car was extremely well priced compared to other Cooper S's with less spec. Rob was honest with the car from the outset, explaining all its pros and cons. After I bought the car i had a minor problem with it, which Rob helped rectify to our satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob to anybody looking at one of his vehicles. I wish Rob the best of luck with his business in the future.

I purchased a 2002 Ford Puma for the wife from this dealer around 4 months ago and the vehicle was exactly as described in the advert... car was a good price and couldn't fault the bodywork for a car of its age... dealer is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff..... didn't know until last week
there was a testimonial page to leave comments on but glad i now know because as you would expect with owning older used cars at some point they can develop little niggles as did the puma.... I rang up asking for advice on the little fault and they went over and beyond what i expected them to do and not only pointed me in the direction i should be looking but actually went and got the part for me.... this is a used car not new and i got after sales service you would find hard to get from main agents and as I said I've had this car 4 months..... When my own car is due to be changed these guys will be my first port of call... want a quality used car? try these people first.

I found the HL automotive website through Autotrader, which directed me to the website. I was very impressed with the descriptions of the vehicles, it had every thing you wanted to know before buying a car. We rang to make an appointment, it was no trouble for rob to meet us at a time that was convenient with us as we were travelling from Manchester. From meeting Rob and looking at the car we purchased the vehicle and have had no problems ever since. Since then we have bought a 2nd car off rob and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone, its reassuring that the car sales industry has people that buy cars that are of a good standard ,and offer excellent friendly service.

I've just sold a cherished Porsche Boxster and was nervous about buying a Ford Puma for around £1,000. Rob offered me a great deal on a Puma Black which I've been running now for about a week so far and I have to say I'm really impressed. Rob's a good, honest guy. No bu*lsh*t, no pushy sales patter - just what you need to know to make the purchase. In just over an hour, I'd seen, tested and was driving my car away. If you're after a good Ford - he knows his stuff and I'd say choose HL Automotive with confidence.

I am writing to say thank you. I bought a 2003 Ford Focus in March 2012 after seeing an advert on line with Auto Trader. The advert had plenty of information - all of which was accurate. For the average person, buying a second hand car creates all sorts of anxiety. But you have a lovely, reassuring manner without sales pressure and sales spin. You were able to accurately answer my questions about specific features (which is as it should be, but increasingly rare these days). Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for you. I happened to mention that the only thing missing for me was a cd player and you arranged to swap the radio cassette with a cd player! Thank you so much for that, it is a real pleasure to be listening to my cds. Finally, many thanks for your honesty. I was so anxious at the prospect of buying a car I accidentally over paid you by £100 which you gave back to me. Many thanks.
