The first one had already been sold, made an appointment with Rob to view the 2nd car the next day. Loved the car as soon as I saw it! Paid deposit and returned a few days later. Had to return company car, so had to look around for a reasonably priced used car. Spotted HL Automotive site & contacted Rob to have a look around his stock. Was really spoilt for choice, but settled on Ford Focus. Couldn't take delivery for a few weeks but Rob held it in his secure 

showroom until we could collect it. The car is spot on & Rob did change a minor part while we waited, because he doesn't allow any cars out until in full pristine condition, even though he didn't need to do that......that's the way he works. It would be impossible to find anything as good as this car for the price. He really is different, no pressure, just very helpful all the way through the process. No wonder people keep coming back & buying from him, because his service is Top Notch. The car is a real beauty. I recommend HL Auto 100%. Give them a call. you wont be disappointed.

What a difference dealing with a company that are real enthusiasts for the cars they sell rather than one just trying to make a sale. I bought the black Ford KA off Rob a couple of days ago after going home the day before torn between the two KA's. After initially taking my husband to view the cars I returned with my sister and brother in law for a test drive. The whole time Rob was a genuine lovely guy with a wealth of knowledge about Ford. I felt he was very honest and helpful, even down to providing a stamped addressed envelope ready to send to the DVLA. I am really pleased with my car and would recommend anyone visiting and buying a car off him, I certainly would, although, hopefully not for a few years yet. Having spent six weeks searching the internet for the perfect car, perfect deal and perfect dealer, found all 3 at HL. It's a long way to travel from Dorset to Warrington but my instinct was rewarded by finding a car, as described (very rare), and in a pretty nice town. We had been looking for a good quality car as a surprise for our daughter who is 18 and away from home in university. Then we saw a new advert for a Ka with HL Autos. I bought a Ford Focus automatic estate from HL Automotive in August last year. Rob was quite happy to attend to several minor jobs on the vehicle before sale.
