Bought a car from Rob today, I had already sorted out the finance side and Rob was amazing at finding me a car to suit my needs. No pressure and no bull from him. Made everything personal and I wasn't just 'another number or sale'. He even picked me up from my home as I had no other way to get to him. Bought a Focus off Rob just before lockdown, 2nd focus from HL Automotive, although there was nothing wrong with the first one, I fancied an upgrade! Had a few things bugging me (which was not a fault with the car , more my over cautiousness!) Rob called me and explained and put my mind at rest. I've just had my mechanic take a look over the car today , and he said it's one of the best Focus he's ever seen! Absolutely solid as a rock! I've just bought a fantastic car from Rob at HL for the first time, an S-Max to replace mine which recently packed in, and i have to say it has probably been the best experience of buying a used car I have had in 30+ years of driving. Very friendly, honest, and professional. Before buying I had a great phone conversation with him, ending with him reserving the car for me for a small deposit. When I went and viewed it the following day, he had already prepped it to a very high standard. I did spot a couple of minor things that needed his attention, and he had them all done before i collected it a few days later. His attention to detail and willingness to do the best he could made all the difference. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a competitively priced, reliable and quality ford without breaking the bank. We will certainly be happy to buy from Rob again in the future. His garage is a little out of the way in the countryside on the outskirts of Warrington... don't let first impressions put you off, it's unusual, a hanger type building in what looks like a former farm yard or something...

Bought a Ford Ka on Wednesday from Rob which is my first car and would like to thank him so much for all his help! I have been searching for weeks for the right one and when this one popped up it was perfect! We travelled a few hours to view the car and when we got there Rob was just great and so welcoming! He talked me through everything he needed to, explained everything he has done on the car and then we went for a test drive. I absolutely LOVE my new little car, its everything I could of hoped for! We just bought a used Ford Focus from Rob at HL Automotive and can honestly say we had the nicest experience we've ever had buying a car. As well as taking the time to fully explain all the features of the car, Rob also provided advice on driving it (it is the first automatic I've driven so I was a little nervous). Today we bought a used Ford Focus from Rob at HL Automotive. Well what can we say? The car was a lovely well cared for example. Rob went out of his way to help us with our purchase, from servicing the vehicle to lending us a courtesy car. A polite professional manner from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. He even delivered the car to us in his own time. The service HL Automotive offered was far superior to the larger dealers we had previously dealt with.
