I recently bought a Ford Focus off Rob. To say he is a genuinely nice guy is an understatement, he rang me before I was due to pick car up and told me the battery was flat. He didn't have to tell me this because he got it started, he then replaced the battery with a brand new ford one with no extra cost to me. He also filled car up for me. What an honest bloke, so helpful and informative. I have recommended Rob to all my friends I would never go to anyone else now. Thanks Rob your a star and the car runs like a dream.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Rob at HL Automotive. He really is a one off in the used car market. Attention to detail, insistence on customer satisfaction, desire to please and exceed all expectations. It may seem that these testimonials are just too good to be true but the fact is he really is an exceptional dealer and deserves all success possible. Like so many others, he gained my trust within minutes of meeting. That trust is sustained to this day, 5 months after purchasing my Focus, which I'm still in love with. Just bought a Ford Focus and Rob could not do enough to help us. I found him very honest and trustworthy to deal with. He did not try to hide anything and gave some very helpful advice. He went out of his way to make sure the car was right before we drove it away. He even set up the road tax for us. If your looking for a good honest used Ford then I would definitely give Rob a call, he really knows his stuff.

Bought my Ford Fusion from Rob in April this year. From the minute I spoke to him to the minute he gave me the keys I found him a very genuine man who knew what he was talking about and is very passionate about the cars he deals with. I had no hesitation in buying the car when I saw it and road tested. Found him easy to deal with and trustworthy which in the car business these days is hard to find. Bought a Fiesta from HL Automotive and have had no problem with it. We had been looking for a car for a while, seen this Fiesta on Autotrader, got in touch with Rob and from there had excellent service and with the confidence in Rob that if there were any problems he would resolve them. Bought a Fiesta ST150 on Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, collected it on the Bank Holiday Monday all prepared and ready to go, any jobs done and looking good. The slight damage to both mirrors was agreed that Rob would get 2 new ones sent directly to me to fit myself, and they arrived Tuesday. Excellent service, worth travelling over 60 miles for.

The whole experience I had dealing with Rob at HL Automotive UK Ltd was excellent. The description he gave me about the Ford Focus was honest, accurate and matched what he said. When I went to the garage to view the car he was very informative and helpful and had extensive knowledge of the vehicle. The maintenance that he said he carried out on the car including cambelt change were verified and he had receipts of all parts used. The whole experience was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend to all my friends and family if they wished to purchase a car from HL Automotive.

So I saw a car I really liked for my son on the website but I live 194 miles away from HL Automotive UK Ltd. I've heard lots of stories about how you should never buy without seeing the vehicle in person but it was a great car and I was never going to get to Warrington in time before someone bought it before me. I called Rob and we had a chat. I really liked what I heard and it was clear to me from the start that Rob was a really genuine dealer. It was full on honesty from the outset. He clearly explained to me the condition of the car and the deal that he was comfortable with. I was so impressed I paid a deposit on the car instantly. Later that day, it was a Monday, I paid for the car in full. Rob was in constant communication throughout. Again another very impressive quality. The car arrived on the Thursday morning without any hassle. It takes a lot of trust in a dealer to buy a car without seeing it in person and asking them to deliver it across the other side of the country. Rob is certainly worthy of that trust.
